God, manual labour is hard work, isn't it? You know that episode of the IT crowd where they try to talk football with the lads down the pub? I was a bit like that with the plasterers today, they could tell I was faking. Loft stuff was fine; took me 20 minutes to work out how to open the ladder, then I had issues getting out of B&Q car park (it's a minefield!), but when I eventually got into the loft I didn't crash through the floorboards or anything crazy like that. No, I did a good job, I think. I mean, it took a lot longer than it should have done and it's all a bit lumpy, but they wanted it insulated and it certainly was that.
Got back and felt exhausted from it all. Do people really do this sort of thing for a living?
Watched a documentary on sitcom, Porridge, which is inspiring. Confirmed a few shows, 2 with the band, 1 solo comedy thingy. Continued to work on Bits of Me Hurt.
