Still can't work out if the new school like me or not. Or maybe I've just been lucky because a majority of my schools are wonderful and make me feel good about myself. Either way, having a gig to focus on (the gig is on Wednesday) really helps focus the students and they seemed both excited yet nervous today.
Then four private lessons (one was off sick) in a row (first one: very good new-ish student who is pushing me slightly in a good way, second one: awesome, third one: awesome, fourth one: kid clearly just not in the mood) and then off to our first rehearsal for Greg's new project - a folk cabaret evening, which was lovely. Great musicians, easy tunes, good laughs. It'll be fun next year.
