Started trying to recruit talent for my new musical, even though I've only written one 'song' for it - a piece called 'The Gap Between Christmas and New Year' which works really well. We'll see, maybe Edinburgh this year is pushing a bit, or maybe I really enjoy this sort of pressure.
The script for Emma is coming along nicely, it's gone mega dark and I need to inject more humour into it, but she's a dramatic actress anyway so I can't see this being out of her range.
Three excellent private lessons in a row, all in different places, driving so much, especially in a car that bumps and rattles constantly.
Evening, I was a guest on a panel show in town, which was enormously good fun - I felt suited to the environment and all of the comics gave each other enough space to do our 'thing'.
