Up early for a phone meeting with Andrea about all things fringe, and then off to the 'other' primary school for 3 hours. The usual, there.
3 great private lessons in which everyone was getting a bit excited about our showcase gig next week and then long FH rehearsal which felt...well, I don't know. I've seen the live video from a festival we did last year (with G) and it feels like we're missing a bit of energy at the moment. Or maybe we're just getting softer, but there's nothing wrong with that?
Either way, bloody long day. Got back at midnight, wrote for another 2 hours.
