Thing is, I've got shows to write for Alan and Emma, as well as keeping an eye on my own stuff as it all opens a bit soon. Yet, I still find myself writing a sitcom till the early hours instead.
At the school which I'm never fond of for a few hours of lessons, made easier by a mum of one of the students coming in, hugging me, and telling me "thank god we found you." It turns out the kid has lots of issues but drumming has saved him a bit. I hear that a lot these days. It's good for my ego, but it's very much drums, not me, that's saving him.
Three excellent private lessons tonight, everyone seems to be on form this week.
