We have a LOT of gigs booked up for 2016 already. Is it sad that I'm already looking forward to that tour? Vikki is so good at booking proper tours, unlike the ones I do.
You know you're busy when you haven't got time to wash your clothes so you go to Primark and buy a load of cheap t-shirts, pants and socks. It's just easier.
Nightmare round trip to the Isle of Wight today. It was always going to be tough anyway; looking at houses that mum might move into when dad dies, and it's a bit surreal that he came with us...or just morbid, perhaps? My mum, dad, pyscho dog and I went over there in my car which is struggling so much it whimpers. It's tough going to the Isle of Wight and back in one day anyway, let alone then having to get the ferry full of people going to Bestival. Rammed, it was, we were the only people not going to that festival, and also the only people on the ferry over the age of 30. Drove around the island for about 3 hours, didn't really get a chance to look at anything, everyone got grumpy and then drove home again. Dad really struggled with that - being cooped up in my Fiesta all day is not healthy for him. It's not good for the dog either, and I drove for hours and hours yesterday. Horrible trip, beyond horrible.
