Very much the calm before the storm...next week there's very much a sense that Christmas is over and everything gets busy again. My to-do list is already bulging and my fears that I wouldn't be drumming enough in 2019 appear unfounded as I have more sessions coming now than my diary can cope with.
Spent most of the day tidying my site and updating my (extensive) notes on all of my students, just so I can hit next week knowing what I'm doing after a near 3-week break.
Then spent the rest of the day working on the HG script, even though I'd nailed the latest draft yesterday. It's getting really close to being something special, this one.
Very excited to have 'BBC meeting' in my diary for the radio sitcom thing, that's later in the month. Just so much to live for, isn't there?
Evening, A and I went to the cinema, keeping my 'must watch more films' thing going. Saw the very excellent The Favourite.
