Long day of writing, intensively, working on this fire show like a psychopath but I'm really happy with it, it feels warm and has a nice tempo.
Wrote for 7 hours solid, popped out to teach the Chinese students drums (as always a pleasure, they're just so respectful - easiest students in the world to teach), and then back to writing again. As the kids don't speak a word of English, the actual only person I spoke to today was the man at the takeaway down the road when I was ordering a pizza. I feel a bit like a reclusive writer (I look like one, too), but the show will benefit from this.
First look at it with some of the cast tomorrow morning.
