That was an odd weekend, sometimes you do something you think you may regret but actually it feels totally, utterly, right. Everything is complicated, but you only live once and I pity those who have it easy.
The projects are exciting, though, really exciting. Exciting to the extent I actually forget to earn money sometimes, that level of just wanting to be creative 24/7.
Alas, a lot of my morning was spent on life admin but I have a lot of nice shows in a lot of nice venues now.
Taught two very different drum lessons - one to an older chap who could already play but needed pointing in the right direction as his playing was just a bit clumsy, one to a young lad who was just starting out. Both lessons felt rewarding.
Caught up with Edd and Emily for dinner, which was nice.
