Quite a slow day. Slow days shouldn't apply to us creative types, even if it is a Monday. Just one of those days when nobody gets back to you about anything.
So you spend the day writing - mostly new material bits for tomorrow's audio recording, and then sent out another batch of emails for sackings, and suddenly everyone wants to email you! Confirmed 2 outstanding sackings for the film though, equally excited about them.
Evening gig with Claudia, really nice to catch up with a few people who made it down but it was so hot, and the event overran a bit. I wasn't exactly 'on it' by the time we did make it to the stage, but those songs are so nice we still got away with it. Set: Somedays, Happy, The Love I Give, Staying In Tonight, Hit The Road, Caramel.
