Teaching drums at the school in the morning was great, the students on good form. Took Mum shopping and then off to Cambridge to teach there for a bit.
My two evening students cancelled (one due to an electrical fault in the studio, the other one due to an illness) which gave me an unexpected night off. The plan was to write my solo show for Edinburgh, building on the two notepads' worth of words I have for it already, but I just ended up spending an evening working on show admin. There's so much of it, I was working till 1am. I need more creative time!
