...and back into the routine. Well, partially, at least, as my morning school doesn't need back until next week, but took Mum shopping and in the hours spent in various car parks caught up on all teaching admin. So many schools, so many kids. Have written some more games, have tightened up my rudiments chart and I think these lessons are planned nicely taking us up to the February break.
Then off to the college, amazing private lesson there - everything I had planned earlier was trialled for the first time and it all works, which gives me confidence for the rest of the term. Then nobody turned up to drum club, but I still get paid either way so just spent the time playing on the kit and getting back into the swing of being a drummer again.
Two private lessons followed, both fun, both good students.
Home, both A and myself are already tired zombies and the year has barely begun.
