Yesterday got to me a bit more than it should, I think. I barely knew the man, but he gave me work when I really needed it and I really appreciate that. He seemed to really appreciate what I'm trying to do with my life with the music and the comedy and made things very easy for me to do everything. The chap now in charge knows me, and nothing will change in that regard, but it was Paul who set the president for how things should be and I'm very grateful.
Did a few hours freelancing then, got back and just felt frazzled by everything. Finished a little side project thingy (a new book I'm working on) and then treated myself to a lovely takeaway and actually just stopped, for an evening.
