It's amazing what setting up a new email account can do, isn't it? Set up a new account, emailed 526 venues that didn't reply earlier in the year about my solo show and I've suddenly got lots of offers. More than I can handle, to be honest, but that just makes 2017 really exciting. I'll worry about diary clashes with band stuff later, it's a decision to make another day...
Did a spot of freelancing from home and felt quite festive, and got excited by the idea of a European tour next year.
Nice evening catching up with my old mate Rob, he's a good person to be a sounding board for ideas - mostly because he's as eccentric as I am.
